Disclosures
Last updated: March 11, 2026
1. Nature of Services
Aleatoric Data provides market data infrastructure services including managed blockchain node access, data feeds, and signal processing. Our services deliver raw and processed data streams — they do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals intended as actionable guidance.
2. No Investment Advice
Nothing provided through Aleatoric Data services, including Signal Radar outputs, Divergence Radar signals, or any pre-decoded data streams, should be construed as investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.
3. Market Data Risk
Blockchain data feeds are relayed from upstream validator networks. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to network conditions, node sync issues, or infrastructure events. Users should not rely on any single data source for critical trading decisions.
4. Latency and Performance
Published latency figures (p50, p95, p99, jitter) are measured under typical conditions and may vary based on network path, client location, and market conditions. Historical benchmark results do not guarantee future performance. Latency spikes during periods of high network activity are expected.
5. Signal Products
Signal Radar and Divergence Radar outputs are computed algorithmically from market data. Past signal accuracy does not predict future results. Signals are informational and should be validated independently before use in production trading systems.
6. Service Availability
While we target 99.50% monthly uptime for Tier A services and 99.90% for Quant tier with SLA, service interruptions may occur. SLA credits are the sole remedy for downtime as described in the Service Level Agreement.
7. Regulatory Status
Aleatoric Systems is an infrastructure provider. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, or custodian. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our data services complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
8. Third-Party Dependencies
Our services depend on third-party infrastructure including blockchain networks (Hyperliquid, and future supported chains), cloud providers (Microsoft Azure), payment processors (Stripe), and DNS providers (Cloudflare). We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services beyond our control.
